Apollo Nida has been sentenced to eight years in prison for fraud.
The husband of “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Phaedra Parks, Nida previously pleaded guilty to numerous charges after it was discovered he was involved in a wild scheme involving fake companies, phony bank accounts and stolen retirement checks.
On Tuesday, a judge in Georgia sentenced him to eight years behind bars.
Nida had faced up to 30 years for his crimes, but cooperated with federal investigators and saw his punishment reduced.
